How a packet moves.
1. You write or call
Say which task repeats. A formal brief is not required.
2. We answer in writing
The note lists what is in, what is out, and the price.
3. Two names
You name one person. We name one. The software does not sign for either of you.
4. Leave in writing
Packet bills on day 12. Cancel in writing before that day and that invoice is not sent.
